At the beginning, the planet became silent. In the first days of confinement, in March 2020, we were finding out the way to overcome stress: the future seemed invisible. Every morning I wrote a poem to share my emotions with another English writer from Buckinghamshire. We have both written without stopping, she in English and I in Spanish and English. The days went by faster and I relaxed telling my activities, my deeper thoughts, my encounters and the hope of seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. The light appeared, little by little, in our quotidian creativity. I was happy, alone with my poems. I found myself well, happy to be alive, to be lucky enough to be able to admire nature. Suddenly I understood what wellness meant as well as a new form of happiness. Thanks to the confinement, I escapedfrom my dark cave to embrace life.'
