But it is also true that there is a lot of fraud by pseudo-eschatologists or modern prophets with speculative, superstitious, and not very serious ideas. Few informative books devote the consideration it deserves to study the apocalyptic genre that was cultivated centuries before our Apocalypse and that, of course, knowing it helps us better to discover our last book of the Bible, a subject that this book deals with as its title and subtitle indicate.\n\xa0Therefore, this work is a very brief manual that analyzes the links that the biblical book of Revelation has with the previous Jewish literature of the same genre, and a general vision of the literature of the Second Temple.
